Az adott hallgatói feladatokat az egyes lakótanszéki műtermek - Fenntartható, Moduláris, Szociális Műterem - írják ki. Az előző, tavaszi félév feladatai is választhatók!

BELAKÁS - Horgásztanyák a hűtőtavon
A Bánhidai Erőmű építése 1936-ban fejeződött be. Ekkor a település még önálló községként adott otthont a Magyarország jelentős részét elektromos energiával ellátó hőerőműnek. Bánhida ma Alsógallával és Felsőgallával együtt az Alsógalla-bányatelepéből kifejlődő Tatabánya egyik városrésze. Az 1947-ben létrejött megyeszékhely nem az organikus, történeti városközpont körül épülő városok urbanisztikai fejlődéstörténetét járta be. A több községből létrejött település sokkal inkább kollázsszerűen épül fel, ahol a kollázs egyes elemei a korábbi települések történetének és kulturális fejlődésének egy-egy mozanatát magán hordozó töredékek. E kollázs egyik érdekes töredéke az egykori Bánhidai Erőmű mellett újraéledő hűtőtó. Az erőmű termelésének 2004-es megszűnése után megüresedő, de a területet máig meghatározó ipari épületállomány, valamint a tavon virágzó horgászélet, a pecások kiegészítő létesítményei és a délkelet-ázsiai úszó városokat idéző, spontán létrejött, vízen álló kunyhók adják a kollázs e darabjának sajátos hangulatát.
Az őszi félév tervezési kurzusain a hűtőtó történetét, mint összetett szociológiai kultúrtörténeti örökséget és a város ipari múltjában gyökerező, majd a kiüresedő infrastruktúrán újraéledő identitást használjuk kiindulópontnak. A hely spontán belakását és használatát kiegészítő építészeti beavatkozásokat tervezünk, amelyek képesek felerősíteni a monumentális ipari háttér és a mellette kialakult emberi léptékű környezet tudatos birtokbavételét.
A Lakóépülettervezési tanszéki Komplex tervek egyéni munkák, de előfordul, hogy több hallgató közös területre tervez. Ilyenkor a kezdeti fázis (a félév első harmada) a közös koncepcióalkotás ideje (a közös beépítési terv megalkotása), az ezt követő épülettervezés már egyéni munka.
HOUSING - Fishing huts on the cooling lake
The construction of the Bánhida Power Plant was completed in 1936. At that time, the settlement was still home to a thermal power plant supplying a significant part of Hungary with electricity. Today, Bánhida, together with Alsógalla and Felsőgalla, is a part of the town of Tatabánya, which is developing from the Alsógalla mining site. The city, established in 1947, did not cover the urban development history of the cities built around the organic, historic city center. The settlement formed from several villages is much more collage-like, where the individual elements of the collage are fragments that carry a movement of the history and cultural development of the previous settlements. One of the interesting fragments of this collage is the cooling lake next to the former Bánhida Power Plant. The industrial building stock, which vacated after the plant ceased production in 2004 but still defines the area, as well as the fishing life on the lake, the additional facilities of the peccaries and the spontaneously built water huts reminding us to the floating towns of Southeast Asia.
In the planning courses of the autumn semester, we use the history of the cold lake as a complex sociological cultural-historical heritage and an identity rooted in the industrial past of the city and then revived on the empty infrastructure. We are planning architectural interventions to complement the spontaneous placement and use of the site, which will be able to amplify the conscious possession of the monumental industrial background and the human-scale environment that has developed alongside it.
The Department of Residential Design Complex Project is individual work, but there may be more than one student designing in a common area. In this case, the initial phase (the first third of the semester) is the time for the joint concept creation (the creation of the joint construction plan), the subsequent building design is already individual work. A Komplex 2 tárgyak esetében értelemszerűen nincs felvételi eljárás, a sikeres Komplex 1 tárgy teljesítése esetén a Neptunban lehet felvenni.
